The Fund for Global Human Rights (FGHR) supports frontline activists advancing justice and human rights worldwide. Through its People on the Move Programme (POMP), FGHR strengthens organisations responding to migration, displacement, and border violence. Gia was engaged to design and deliver tailored fundraising support aimed at building long-term financial resilience for the POMP grantees.

Fundraising Assessments & Roadmaps

Gia is conducting light-touch capacity assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities across participating organisations. Drawing on these findings, practical fundraising roadmaps are being co-created — including donor mapping, messaging toolkits, and actionable templates to support diversified income strategies.

Coaching & Peer Learning

Through 1:1 coaching and small group sessions, Gia is guiding grantees in refining proposals, engaging donors, and building confidence in resource mobilisation. Workshops and the convening will encourage peer exchange and practical problem-solving grounded in real-world fundraising scenarios.

Strategic Insights & Connectivity

Gia is synthesising trends and cross-cutting lessons into thematic insights for FGHR and its partners, while leveraging networks across philanthropy, CSR, and social enterprise to expand grantees’ funding connections and visibility.
