MYCP is an organisation dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of young migrants and refugees, fostering partnerships and initiatives that promote their inclusion and protection. Gigi has been instrumental in building out their new Business Development team, shaping MYCP's Business Development strategy, focusing on expanding the organisation's partnerships and fundraising capabilities. As part of the team, Gigi plays a pivotal role in fostering new relationships and ensuring long-term sustainability for MYCP's projects.

Partnership Strategy & Fundraising:

Gigi has led the development of MYCP's Partnerships Strategy, Business Development Documentation, Pitch Deck creation, working with the executive team to assess and engage partners, including governments, NGOs, and private entities. Her contributions have been vital in supporting MYCP’s fundraising and partnerships (current and future) and providing a structured approach to partnership management. 

Monitoring & Evaluation:

She is supporting the development of the framework for the monitoring and evaluation of MYCP’s partnerships, ensuring they align with strategic goals. She works on developing tools to assess the health of each partnership, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides recommendations for improvement.
