Strategic Planning & Organisational Development:
Gia is leading the development of Renbi Women's strategic framework, aligning their mission with measurable impact goals. Gia is facilitating capacity-building workshops to strengthen internal processes and long-term sustainability.

Partnerships & Advocacy:
Gia is developing a tailored partnership engagement strategy to enhance collaboration with donors, NGOs, and advocacy networks. Gia is also supporting the creation of an advocacy roadmap to amplify Renbi Women’s voice in policy discussions on women’s rights and economic empowerment.
