Teach For Uganda is a locally-rooted, non-profit organisation committed to ensuring that all children in Uganda attain an equitable quality education. Through its Fellowship programme, the organisation recruits, trains, and places Uganda’s top university graduates in low-income, government-aided primary schools for two years. Fellows serve as full-time teachers, aiming to improve learning outcomes and develop leadership skills in underserved communities.

Gia also provides broader advisory support, including strategic guidance on recurring donor campaigns, identification of new funding opportunities, grant research, and ongoing advice to strengthen overall fundraising strategy and organisational sustainability.
