Elevat.Ed – Training Programme Audit & Editorial Review

Gia Contribution
Elevat.Ed runs a social impact consulting programme for 16–18 year old secondary school students, taking them from first-time learners to functioning junior consultants over a three-week training period followed by an eight to nine week pro-bono project cycle with real NGO clients. Gia was engaged as an external reviewer and analyst to audit Elevat.Ed's proprietary training curriculum and provide structured editorial feedback ahead of rollout to new student cohorts.
Curriculum Audit & Editorial Feedback:
Gia is reviewing Elevat.Ed's four-chapter training programme — covering the consulting industry and NGO landscape, core deliverable areas (benchmarking, fundraising, branding, technology audits, volunteer engagement, impact measurement, and partnership strategy), soft skills, and programme direction — chapter by chapter, providing written feedback on clarity, structure, and consulting rigour.
Case Study & Content Consistency:
Drawing on professional consulting experience, Gia is stress-testing the worked NGO case study (Takataka Plastics, Uganda) used throughout the curriculum, checking that exercises, terminology, and deliverable frameworks hold up against real-world consulting practice and stay consistent across chapters.
Strategic Input on Programme Design:
Beyond the written curriculum, Gia is contributing insight on programme scope — including skills assessment design and thematic focus areas for student projects — to strengthen the rigour and credibility of the training students receive before they begin live NGO engagements.
