Gia Contribution

MYCP is an organisation dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of young migrants and refugees, fostering partnerships and initiatives that promote their inclusion and protection. Gia was engaged to design and deliver a Partnerships & Fundraising approach aimed at securing funding — renewable, long-term, core and programme funding — running November 2025 through June 2026.

Donor & Partner Mapping and Strategy Design

Gia mapped MYCP's full landscape of potential donors and partners, delivering a prioritised database of opportunities (scored on eligibility, priorities, cycles, and ask size) finalised by January 2026, followed by a complete Partnerships & Fundraising Strategy covering target donor segments, tactics, a rollout calendar, and KPIs, finalised in April 2026.

Continuous Donor Engagement & Proposal Development

From November 2025 through June 2026, Gia ran an ongoing pipeline of donor engagement: scanning new opportunities, drafting concept notes and full proposals, preparing donor briefs, and leading meetings and follow-ups across MYCP's priority donor segments.

Systems, Tracking & Handover

Gia set up and maintained MYCP's donor and partnership tracking systems (a pipeline tracker, contact log, and dashboard) and closed the engagement with a full handover report, reusable templates, and a training session to embed the systems and lessons within MYCP's own team.
