Gia Contribution

Building directly on the Partnerships & Fundraising engagement that ran November 2025 to June 2026, Gia is now supporting MYCP through a renewed, lighter-touch six-month phase (July–December 2026) — shifting from full-cycle delivery toward advisory-level support, and helping MYCP build an internal Business Development function so this work no longer relies on a single external advisor.

Relationship Stewardship & Renewals

Gia is sustaining momentum on the European partnership track opened in the previous phase — including the Council of Europe, the European Youth Foundation, and other EU-facing organisations — while leading the renewal conversation with Save the Children toward a 2027+ agreement.

Opportunity Delivery

Gia is delivering specific grant applications throughout autumn and winter, progressing consortium opportunities with aligned organisations in the UK and EU, and beyond, and representing MYCP at key convenings.

Business Development Team-Building

Gia is scoping and supporting recruitment for an EU-focused Partnerships focal point and a Business Development intern, and re-establishing a clear Business Development team structure and handover process so MYCP's partnerships and fundraising work can continue sustainably beyond this advisory phase.

Sustainable Development Goals

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities - SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions - SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
